For this task we made our own fish.
This task was part of our summer learning journey. We had to create our own fish and give it a name. To make our own fish we used polypad to make it. We watched a video on what we should do and then we started to create it, my fish species is called Sharpish because its fins are sharp and help them go faster. I enjoyed this task because it was fun to make our own fish.
Kia ora David,
Whaea Michelle here, a Manaiakalani facilitator down here in the Horowhenua. Have you heard of Horowhenua?
You have been very busy with all your SLJ posts. Impressive!
I like the name of your fish – wouldn’t want to come up against that fish in the ocean though! How did you find using polypad? Was it intuitive or tricky? What would you recommend as another task / activity that it could be used for?
Looking forward to seeing more of your posts.
Ngā mihi,
Whaea Michelle
